It is our goal to process and ship in stock models within 2 business days.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Estimated arrival dates may change, this is out of the control of Wildcat Diecast.
If you place an order that contains pre-order item(s) and in stock item(s), your order will not be shipped until Wildcat Diecast has all received all items in your order.
Projected shipping durations at checkout do not include processing time. Projected shipping durations may change and are out of the control of Wildcat Diecast.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If your return matches the criteria below, we ask that you use the contact page to initiate the return. Please provide as much detail as possible.
- The model must be in the exact same condition as it was when shipped from Wildcat Diecast.
- The model must be able to be returned in the same packaging as when initially shipped by Wildcat Diecast. This includes manufacturer packaging and the shipping materials provided by Wildcat Diecast.
Returns initiated due to a change of mind or a model not meeting expectations will be accepted. However, these returns will not receive a full refund. The return postage will not be paid for and there will be a restocking fee will be 25%.
If your return is initiated due to a shipping error by Wildcat Diecast, shipping damage by carrier, or a model has an obvious manufacturer defect, Wildcat Diecast will pay to have the model returned and you will receive a full refund. The following are not considered defects worthy of a full refund.
- Cockpit window in improper position
- Any condition that cannot be seen under normal viewing conditions
- Livery/paint color errors
- Landing gear and/or engines not considered realistic enough
- All conditions that can be easily fixed
